Russell....

Yesterday I went to the taping of Ellen's Halloween show.  A bunch of girls from my ward scored tickets and I was lucky enough to be invited.  Since it was a Halloween show I had to dress up.  I don't particularly love to dress up, actually I kinda hate it.  But I HAD to dress up to go to the show.  While talking to our neighbor one night he gave me the idea to be Russell from the move UP.  So I went with it.  I  borrowed a scout shirt, backpack, made a sash, made a flag, and tied some balloons to the backpack.  I thought the costume was pretty awesome.  And my favorite thing about it was that I didn't have to wear any nasty makeup or spend much money.  I ended up getting second place in the costume contest (behind my friend Lindsay who dressed up as the Tampax box) and came home with a new xbox and DJ Hero.  Pretty awesome (early) Halloween.
