For the past month Zoie has been talking about going to the "far away pumpkin patch".... AKA Underwood Family Farms! This was our third year in a row going, and once again it did not disappoint! We went on the most perfect Friday afternoon. The sky was blue and the weather was perfect. We played for almost 4 hours, and if it wasn't for wanting to leave before traffic got too bad, we probably could have stayed longer. It was fun watching my kids climb up the giant haystack, go down the tractor slide and see all of the animals. Zack thought he was in heaven! Zoie loved running around with her little friends, riding the pony, getting lost in the labyrinth and finding her way through the corn maze....which we successfully did! Before we left I let Zoie pick out a little pumpkin which we immediately came home and carved into a jack-o-lantern! It was a great day and we will for sure be back next year... especially since we will be moving closer after graduation!
I thought he would love the pony ride. He most definitely did not!
But his big sister loved it! So much that she did it 2 times!
He was so proud of himself for climbing all the way to the top!
He also fell all the way to the bottom (actually just the last bale of hay)....he was not happy! After a few hugs and kisses from mom he was ready to run around again!
Zoie was such a great big sister and helped Zack go down the slide. They loved it!
This lady loved it too.....and no, she did not help that little boy down...
she went down all by herself (almost running into that poor little boy at the bottom)!
Zack, Ryder, Zoie and Lila
Zoie and Lila......being the cute little girls that they are!
In the corn maze they were supposed to find 5 of these color stations. By the end of the maze each finger should be a different color. It was gross to think about how many other people had stuck their dirty fingers in there!
