Easter

We had a great Easter weekend! We spent most of it relaxing, watching general conference, eating lots of food, and getting the house ready for the baby to arrive! For some reason I feel like our holidays are centered around food. I feel like I spent most of Sunday cooking! But the food was good, so I guess it was worth it! We started the day off with french toast and homemade buttermilk syrup. Zoie loves to help in the kitchen!



After the morning session of conference we let Zoie find her easter basket. She was so excited! She kept looking out the window trying to see the easter rabbit! She was so excited when she found her basket. Her favorite part was the candy!





We finished the day off with a yummy dinner and flying kites! We went to an open field and tried to teach Zoie how to fly a kite. There wasn't very much wind so it didn't work very well, but she thought it was so much fun!
